A Summer Place. Enjoy the charm of a bygone era in this turn of the century beach house the 4th house back from the ocean It features Original wood floor, wall and ceiling. Ocean view porches run the length of the house. Unique observation deck offers panoramic view of the south end of the island.
Unit 11A (The top floor) has 4 bedrooms. This a living room with two sofas and a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. There are two full baths and a separate laundry room.
Sleeping configuration:
King in the first bedroom, King in second bedroom, 2 twin bunk beds in third bedroom, sleep loft with 1 double and 1 twin.
Home is pet friendly with prior approval and payment pet fee.
Smoking of any kind is never allowed.
You will be provided with a Starter Supply of:
- Paper Towels (1 roll)
- Toilet paper (2 per bath)
- Bath towels (interior use only)
- Bed linens (interior use only)
- Dish/hand soap
- Dish detergent
- Trash Bags (3)
~Our goal is to make your Tybee Island vacation rental as comfortable as possible!~
- We will supply all linens and towels for use in the unit. You must bring beach towels for outside use.
- Two (2) assigned parking spaces. (Note: parking passes may be required during peak times.)
- Two (2) keys will be supplied at the start of your stay. You will be charged a $50 re-key fee if either keys are not returned upon departure.
